After more than 2 weeks after payment for 4 Mercedes headlights they finally arrived. ALL PARTS were broken. Some had the broken pieces in the box, some must have been broken even before they were sent out.
The company wants me to send the broken parts back. That's another $26 for sending, and it's just guessing when and or they will send me parts that are NOT broken a.S.A.P. For now I can only say that this company has very poor customer service. Although they promised to pay me for the cost of sending it back, I haven't heard from them after I sent them pictures from the broken parts.
