The ESP provided by Ford, Lincoln and Mercury FLAT OUT and frauduently are withholding the refund I requested for the pre-woned car warrenty I purchased. I was told by their agent the amount I would recieve back in June, and to date have not recieved anything. The company tried to switch/lower the amount they were going to pay back to me and stated there is no initial quote in my record. I informed them in writing and by phone that I want my refund from the initial date and original amount quoted! I also explained initially that I was requesting a full refund for the warrenty sold to me was no good for the make vehicle dealer sold me, and dealer was aware of this at time of sale.
