I was parked at 931 Monroe for about 3 minutes only to come out to a boot on my car. They were charging me $75 to remove it. I called the police and explained my situation and was only told that it was out of their jurisdiction. I filed a complaint With the Better Business Bureau and I'm going to let the property manager know that I will not support Trader Joes or any of the businesses in that shopping center if EPS is robbing people.
