Capital Choice Consumer Credit sent a letter stating that I was pre-approved for credit. I sent in the $43 rush-processing fee. It took them over a month (not rushed) to send me a catalog and order forms, only to tell me that I still had to send in a deposit. The first letter was misleading and falsified and stated that no deposit was required. There is also a credit application provided with the catalog showing that the applicant must first be approved for their credit... What happened to the pre-approved credit. I want my processing fee back!!!
