Our Company sent expensive parts from Germany via UPS for a vessel that was sheduled to visit Port Kembla, Australia. The ships visit was sheduled for the 13/01.
So Idecided to enquire when it would be delivered considering customs and dues have been paid.
What I recieved was a call centre in Manilla, the Phillipines with inept and aloof staff that had no customer service skills what so ever.
They kept on assuring me that my package would be delivered on the 14-01-11. I explained over a dozen time that the ship would already be gone and onto its next port.
They told me ongoingly that my package would arrive on the 14-01-11.
Just like speaking to concrete no understanding what so ever.
