4/18 I recieved a email from Sales manager Jay L. Regarding a trade in. When I called he was out and I spoke to another manager Josh S. I inquired about a car and was told that it would be ready when I get there at 7:30pm. I arrived to yet another manager Michael telling me Josh left and he would take me to the car. We went to the used car lot with Michael and was told the car had sold.
4/19 The car was still posted on the internet so we decided to call on it again (just to see what they would say) and we were told by yet another manager Steve C. That the car had not had its inspection and it would be ready for viewing at 2pm. We asked why it was posted if it was not ready and we were told that it must of been a picture from the dealership they bought it off of. The picture cleary shown the Midway used car sign in the back ground. Midway waisted my time by playing these games.
