The year was I was at Midway Chevrolet to trade in my low mileage (under 25k) 2003 silverado. For some reason this took about 8 hours and I did not read the final paperwork before I signed. Unbeknownst to me I had agreed to pay $38,500 Plus my trade-in for a 2006 extended cab, long bed Chevy Silverado, which had an actual list price of $22,500. I initially contacted my lawyer, who informed me that Midway Chevrolet had lawyers on retainer and I was advised not to pursue via lawsuit.
