I have already contacted you about this, with a very unsatisfactory response. When you - once again - messed up my order and inexplicably did not send my mother her flowers for Mother's Day, you refunded me an amount which, due to a change in exchange rate, is less than what I originally paid. It's bad enough that you ruined Mother's Day, but I've lost money in the process. This is the last straw in a long list of problems we've had with your company, and by the look of all the negative reviews, I'm not alone.
