I live in the UK and ordered flowers on their Australian site for my mother who lives in Australia. The transaction went through successfully and the money was taken out of my account, however, the flowers did not arrive. I contacted the company via email (2x), phone (6x), and their online web chat (5x). Only once did I get a response from the phone where the lady said she would investigate and call me back. She never did. The flowers arrived the next day and my mother said they looked beautiful but not fresh, like they had been made the day before and not watered and had spent a long time in the truck. I then received an automatic email saying that they had been delivered on the correct day, even though the lady I spoke to could see they hadn't been delivered on their computer system. I have not received any contact from the company despite my attempts and I am very disappointed.
