I took a 2002 Kia Sedona with engine issues to Hadsell Tire on 4/12. I knew the engine had issues and needed it diagnosed and repaired.instead Mark first tried to tell me we had to replace the power steering pump and pulley that were out before we could know if anything was wrong with the engine. I told him that was unacceptable as I wasn't going to spend $493.52 to replace a power steering pump and pulley on a vehicle if the engine was about to fail. I also had my father, another long time customer, stop by and explain this to him and advise him on what we wanted diagnosed. He then simply replaced the valve covers and did an oil change and charged me $366.09 and gave me the van back in the same condition it was in. I still have a van with engine issues that I'm going to need to have a professional diagnose so I can see if it is worth repairing.
