This is a terrible company. I can understand, even sympathize, with small company who may be struggling to keep up with customer service and inventory. This, however, is not the case. This company is a completly fraudulent business. I doubt any customers ever recieve their items.
I orderd a replacement entry remote and ignition key on March 28. I immediately recieved an email notification that my item had been shipped. And I waited. And waited. After about a week, I began calling the company. There is never any answer for the phone number, just a machine that suggests sending an email. So I sent several emails over the next few days without any response. I still have recieved no response at all from the company, after numerous emails and faxes. I have not contacted the BBB, USPS, Attorney Generals Office and my Credit Card Company.
