Owner charges for repairs not made, puts in used (usually not working parts) and charges for new. Never honors his "free towing" ad, has so many BBB complaints they graded him an F and refuses to answer any BBB complaint made against him. He's also been sued multiple times for his bad business practice and has several judgements against him. Do yourself a favor and take your car to someone who will actually fix it! If he has taken advantage of you make a complaint to the AZ Attorney General's Office, maybe if they get enough complaints they will finally shut him down!
