I purchased a used vehicle in July and in good faith, accepted the "pre service/sales" work that was done. On the form, it showed that brakes, etc were replaced along with oil, filters etc. All the standard items. With eight months and less than 10,000 miles, not only do the back breaks fail but so do the calipers! All the General Manger said was "looks like normal wear and tear". Are you kidding me? New brakes, etc do not wear out in less than a year or even less than 10,000 miles. They want almost $900 to fix something they should have taken care of before I even bought the car. They also told me that I had to bring the car to them for all service if I wanted them to honor the power train warranty. What a scam.
