Reading that bottom review is scary... Personally. I've gotten screwed out of over $100 in buyer fraud (myself as the seller) this year alone.
When I e-mailed them about my order, they replied swiftly and gave me a tracking number before I could begin filing a claim with paypal.
They are most definitely better organized today.
It was almost as much of a pleasure doing business with these people as it was using their products.
Before I ordered, I asked them several — probably annoying and trivial questions about their products, all of which they answered with more detail than I required and much more swiftly than I" would've expected from any online company.
Their products are quality and much cheaper than anywhere else I could find (despite the fact that I actually wound up paying a little over $20 more at a different site for the exact same item at another point in time).
I do a lot of business on the internet - both buying and setlling, and I have to say that they were certainly the most communicative and responsive people I've ever dealt with on the interwebs.
Five stars for excellent customer service, cheap yet quality products, and speedy service and delivery.
