JVC has no service for their lower end products, and am wondering if they service any of their products. As for their insurance, it is a loop, and you can spend hours, if you are stupid enough to buy 1 of their products.
This is my first experience with buying JVC products, and will be my last, unless they service my 500 dollar theater system.
I don't look for them to correct this problem, as they don't really care, otherwise they might have answered their phone.
My recomendation so far, Don't do any business with JVS.
Do not buy any of their products, as they will not help you with any problems you might have with them.
