Sold Jesel Rockers, wouldn't ship. I contacted Tulsa Police who weren't helpfull but I finally talked them into calling him. Then he sent me a pile of scrap

I paid $570 for a set of Jesel Rockers that he sent pictures of and looked like new. He told me they had less than 30 dragstrip passes on them. After a few weeks I realized that he was not going to produce them. I filed an incident report and contacted Tulsa OK Police who said they were too busy to follow up. I finally talked them into calling him in the phone.in the meanwhile I exposed him as a scammer on the website that he had the parts listed.
Another guy from Canada answered my post saying that he had bought the same parts from him and they were a pile of scrap. He contacted the seller who agreed to take the parts back and refund his money. He sent the parts back and never recieved his refund.
Finally the seller sent me the same box of scrap parts because of the phone call from Tulsa Police.
I have tried to contact the officer I spoke with at Tulsa Police department but get voicemail and no return call.
