Guys, before buying from this! Company! Research online, find a decent and honest sellers, in other case you will deeply regret buying from this POLICE CAR MODELS., believe or not, the parts they sell are so poor in quality that one could name it a legal scam, there is not a single piece without a defect. When I received the scrap they sent to me, I have to retouch the paint of the body car, because had scratches all over.
The trash that POLICE CAR MODELS call lights and siren, and was sent to me didn't work, In order to light the lights you have to twist the wires, the switch didn't work because the wires fall apart, The siren didn't work at all.
Trying to contact the supposed costumer service is a nightmare, you now that now on days you can by a software that creates for you A VIRTUAL costumer service department, sales, accounting, claim department, janitor etc. Everything on the same person. The most shocking is that you return a defective parts, as I have done, but you receive nothing to replace those returned parts. Everything continue to be VIRTUAL only the money that you pay for that trash is real not VIRTUAL. When I started claiming my money back trough the credit card company, only then a mental retarded person appeared from that POLICE CAR MODELS claiming that I was trying to do a fraud.
