Refused refund and employee customer service stinks

About 6 months before I purchased 2 batteries and compensated primary deposit of 12.00 each. Set the bill on-dash and required the cores back for reimbursement and was declined a reimbursement due to the bill being unreadable (printer passed from sunlight) Spoken with supervisor of shop and wasn't provided any reimbursement despite the fact that
