About 6 months before I purchased 2 batteries and compensated primary deposit of 12.00 each. Set the bill on-dash and required the cores back for reimbursement and was declined a reimbursement due to the bill being unreadable (printer passed from sunlight) Spoken with supervisor of shop and wasn't provided any reimbursement despite the fact that the worker I bought from verfied the purchase…I was pissed. On sunday march 12/11 I again bought a electrical engine alternative to my Caddy…took it to technician he explained it had been not the engine however the grasp switch…took it back again to shop 20 minutes after purchase with bill and boxed motor. Would not reimbursement stated once removed from shop there is no reutrn…The engine was about 70.00 would purchase a master change for 125.00 and spend the distinction... The worker was acusing me of attempting to draw a quick one…well…I am delivering my “rewards card” back and informing them where you can place it…I think the Autozone shop in Springfield Mo on Chestnut expressway west…employees can use a “customer support 101 course” well people they've observed the final of me…they attempt to mess U…They aren't out to “win friends” and “make pleased customers”.

I wound up obtaining the issues I required from “O Reily auto” who have been really respectful and understanding…from number on they get my business…of program Car Area might care less based on their individual in the store…
