Used tire disposal fee is a rip off from the government, back when we couldn't get rid of tires this was in acted to help get rid of tires, nobody wanted junk tires and tire dealers had to pay to have tires taken away.
Today, the junk tire people that pick them up pay for the junk tires because they have a use for them, in fact they fight over who will get the tires and how much they are willing to pay for them.
We have come along way, with recycling and this is just one way we are still getting ripped off.
Now as far as a job for Lisa P. Jackson, Administrator of the EPA she should be fired, she is doing nothing, everything was put into action before she got there and she doesn't even know what to do.
