I told them that I'd previously completed that, and that the Area Supervisor was the main one that explained I'd to contact the support point for that info. After I named the shop area, more workers explained they don't have that info there. Fundamentally they're providing me the run around to ensure that I can't contact some of their superiors. Do not spend your own time and cash here! You'll provide your vehicle set for routine maintenance and go out having a listing of problems!
