On 3-31-07 I bought 4 completely new wheels for my vehicle and bought the Protection Plan Guarantee Tire Works was promoting totaling $914.81. Mike Deaver (the store-manager) stated that their was a nail within the tire plus they may spot it (free) however the area wont keep. He explained the tire is unrepairable and we require a new tire. Then he proceeded to express that people would need to purchase the tire and also the guarantee wont protect it since he claims we overlooked the tire. He claims their are burn scars about the tire showing we went it although it was smooth. This can be a false statement. He then proceeded to inform my spouse that 4 tires search tough and we simply need to purchase a complete fresh group of tires. He explained he'd provide us much on the fresh collection for $700.
