Failure to acknowledge payment

My fiance and I took out a car loan with Chase. We have paid the bill through direct deposit to the account before the due-date each month. The mental giants at Chase then decide each month not to post the payment to the account in a timely fashion.instead, they report us as being delinquent with payments to the amateur bullies at their collection agency. (By the way, the little incompetents also charge us a late fee each month. I can now predict, on a monthly basis, when the endless round of roto calls will be made to our house and when the useless widgets will suddenly realize the payment has been made and, in turn, stop calling.)

Have we pointed out the error of their ways to them? Yep, on numerous occasions by phone and by email. And, yes, they can try to be rude, pushy, and domineering. I’m not impressed nor am I intimidated. However, I am Cajun, in menopause, and ready to fight, so I’m sending a letter to Chase today with a copy to our State Attorney General and, if that fails, getting a lawyer. (There has to be a harassment claim in here somewhere.)

Oh and I forgot to mention the other thing I’m going to do: Refinance the damned car and never, never, never go near this company again. Spread the word, folks: When it comes to Chase, its Caveat emptor all the way! Let’s put ‘em out of business.
