I've terminated potential Delta concerns since airport reception team (Linda A. Helping at Boston Logan on 7/27 for trip 6761 from BOS to DCA at 1:30 P.M.) created the next improper choices: declining to see guests that particular routes were boarding (conversation deficit); declining to recognize unpublished guests on routes boarding (conversation deficit); shouting at guests (intimidation); threatening to contact state authorities (intimidation); declining to check out through on customer demand to contact state authorities (failed intimadation and conversation deficit); verbally accosting spending customer (hovering directly into customer, shouting [raising speech]), accepting an adversarial bodily position, including spoken and nonverbal threats. While superiors joined picture, Linda A.insisted on playing trade though she was neither asked or necessary to achieve this. Linda A. OBVIOUSLY confronted me by declaring, "Must I contact Their State Authorities?" The State Authorities never came, despite my REPORTED demand they achieve this. No adequate quality for this egregious violation of process was attained.in future, I'll NOT utilize Deltais providers, and that I may positively motivate others toi boycott this flight.
