I've two grievances concerning Delta airlines. Both happened on a single journey. Our first criticism is concerning Delta Airlines was on July 26. Upon coming on trip 1115 to Dallas, it required 1-hour to obtain our baggage. We aimed to some baggage claim device and were informed within the audio the baggage might appear briefly. An airport worker informed one individual that four vehicles of baggage had simply been resting without anybody unloading. Another delta flight obtained their baggage 45 minutes and came after mine.

We visited as soon as we did that day-so that people might visit Mt. Rainer while of Washington on that conclusion. The period we got our baggage, the full time had a need to create this type of journey dropped. Deltais worker inspired me to contact 18002211212 as he mentioned this event was “ridiculous and must be reported.” After I talked for your consultant via phone, I had been informed that this type of delay period was “acceptable.” I really hope the right people at Delta differ with her evaluation.

Our second criticism concerning Delta Airlines was on Aug. 1 and extended nicely into Aug. 2. Delta really included an end in the last second to the trip house. We were to-go straight to Raleigh on trip 1110 from Atlanta.in the last second before boarding, we were educated that people could be producing an additional stay in Greensboro, NC to drop several teens off. This kind of additional end was made by us. That's not the support I settled for. I taken care of an immediate trip and that's not what I obtained.

Because we were touring with young kids, the setbacks due to Deltais selection of additional stops produced great difficulty on our children who have been not given precisely and were stored up past bedtime significantly exceeding actually the Pacific time-zone.

Michelle Schrader with customer service delivered a polite but totally dismissive notice in my experience on Aug. 24. No payment of any kind was created.

My children has created numerous routes after the occasions recently September. We didn't fly with delta, and certainly will not again till payment is created. The knowledge was completely unprofessional and too absurd. I've often wondered Southwest is currently earning money. I understand why.
