I stopped paying my auto extended warranty by credit card and, instead, chose to pay by check.
MEPCO waits until the day the account is due each month to print the payment request.By the time it is mailed and received and I make the payment and mail it back to them (next day), the payment is past due.
This generates a late fee charge. I refuse to pay this late fee charge since I am paying it as fast as it comes in.
It seems to me that MEPCO is intentionally doing this to generate additional revenue.
I am cancelling the policy.
