To maintain this from being too lenghty, I'll simply state that we also are increasingly being "stonewalled" by signet monetary.
They've suggested that people have certified to get a reimbursement on our Deal Reimbursement Contract, after actually weeks of unreturned telephone calls and unanswered emails, we've been informed our reimbursement check could be created 1/28.
The check hasn't appeared... And today they (Gregg Lehman or his workers) may return our telephone calls or reply our emails.
We've completely pleased our section of this AGREEMENT, plus one might genuinely believe that an organization performing business in the USA (any company) could be necessary to surpass their duties of the AGREEMENT. But... Obviously not.
It Is sad actually... in these extremely challenging financial instances, I understand that it's extremely important to truly have a work, but how will you assume Mr. Lehman and his workers show their own families during the night what it's they are doing to get a dwelling?
Our advice, when you have not yet completed company with signet monetary... DO NOT!
If Your vehicle salesman attempts to market you a signet warranty...
Do not!
These people at signet are negative information of course if you're operating through the labyrinth of hurdles necessary to obtain a reimbursement... DO NOT BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE ONE.
