The phone numbers no longer work to get any information

I delivered all of the related paperwork to get the reimbursement on my abandoned Subaru guarantee. Signet approved all of the paperwork, however the $1400 reimbursement check never came, despite several weeks. The telephone numbers no further function to obtain any info.
