My complaint number 11708-001893 with UPS INDIA has remained unsolved, and further no one seem to be interested in solving it either, the department heads are unprofessional and not traceable when I (The client) requires any clarification.
There is a big communication gap between sales and accounts which has been expereince by me several times even though I have sent only 2 parcels through them, if any one can share MR Scott Davis (CEO UPS) E-Mail i.D., I need to let him know where is his company in India headed to and why does he need to opt for a drastic change in their pattern of working in India, they surely are headed the wrong way.
