In the weeks before x-mas I finally broke down and said I would help fix her car. I was moving at the time so I had enough on my plate as it was, but being the nice guy that I am and needing the money to pay for the moving truck I took on this project. After a good inspection of the front brakes I pull off the rear tire and there is only one brake pad on the inside and none on the out side. She was quoted an estimate of 125 for the rear brake job but he could not get to it for a couple of days and she had work on Monday and she would have to pay every thing up front.
It turned out that both calipers needed replaced, both rotors, pads, and the whole works had to be done. Thus the price goes up in labor and parts. The car could not have been driven, so i drove my tools to the car, and then drove to get parts for the car and came back and made the magic happen. Any ways two weeks later I get a 50 from her she says another week another 50. O k its been along time since x-mas and i still hold only 50 for my troubles. This is not the first time with this girl! I feel that i got ripped off! I did see her in public and she did not say anything to me about this
