I was a customer of ProgressiveInsurance for my van since 10-20-09. Ijust switched to AAA today 01-25-11 because I received an offer in the mailfor a free quote and was quoted less than of what Progressive chargedme. My rate was up to $92.50 due to anaccident I had. They upped my points by3 due to this. AAA just informed me thatthis was a NO FAULT ACCIDENT when Progressive plainly said that it was myfault. I am now paying $40.40mo at AAA.
Progressive also has charged me a $50cancellation fee for cancelling, saying it was on my contract. I dont remember this at all and I am asingle mother struggling to make ends meet here, in a divorce and fightingbreast cancer and WINNING mind you. Things are not easy here and $50 and overpaid bills are a big deal in myhouse. I hope somebody does somethingabout this because I am outraged and plan on slandering Progressives name allover facebook [I have over 1000 friends] and the internet. They are crooks! I would like my overpayments back and my $50too, but I know I probably wont get it because conglomerates need to fund theCEOs 10 extra houses and 3 wives. Whocares about a single mom raising a child, struggling with divorce and cancerthese days I hope someone is listening * What I want: I would like all my overpayments and the $50 cancellationfee refunded.
