Aaa insurance
Auto club over 30 days and no refund of 499.00

Purchased a policy pre paid 499.00 was dut to take affect on jan 10th.

Got a call from shawn mai dec 20thtelling me that they increased my rate by 400.00 per year. We agreed to cancel the policy. Refund was prommised within 14 days. It has now been 28 days and no refund just the run around. I paid in good faith. They have ripped me off. Here are the e-mails between shawn and I. Not sure what branch it is and he hasnt returned my request for that info with an answer. Brian, I feel bad. Im trying to help you out as much as I can. Ill forward this email to my manager to see if theres any other way we can get this out to you.
