It has been over a year since my boyfriend got his dwi, and paid for the legal support of shawn ramsey.
In the beginning he called back, and said what he was going to do for him since he lived out of state, in his (shawn) statements he said my boyfriend would not have to come back up to indiana for court appearences, that he would be there to handle it, but after he (boyfriend) returned all paperwork and MONEY, we could never get a hold of him again, and figured everything was dropped like he said he would do for him (boyfriend).
Well 16 months later my boyfriend was stopped for a minor traffic violation, ticketed, and then arrested for a failure to appear warrant in Indiana. He has had to sit in our county jail, wait for Indiana to come and get him, and wonder what the hell he paid this attorney FOR! Guess we know why Shawn Ramsey never returned messages he got his money an never even had to work for it.
Depending in how this all turns out we will be taking this complaint further, especially now that I see the other complaints that sound so familiar to ours. I will update this when we see what the outcome is.
