This companies owner very mean and nasty and won't work with you

This owner knew I was on dissability when he sold me the vehicle I became ill and spent a good share of time in hospital in the month of November I called him numerous times to find out how much was owed so I could pay the balance and continue to make payments he made it clear he made it clear hewould not work with me he was being very unfair I have many witness who heard me cry on the phone I feel this owner is very unfair and moneyhungry and I want some of my money back.
