This was the worst experience in my life. Being a member off AAA I agreed my car to be towed to AAA affiliated service. The charges were higher than the ones that were advertized. They were charging me twice the amount of the parts. When confronted the manager said that thats how he pays his bills by riping off customers. He also called me an a*hole. The policy of AAA is to return the customers the old parts as a evidence of work done. They said that they will return only if I pay them for the old part.
I was desperate and called AAA, but they told me that they can not do anything and I have to pay the bill and then to dispute. The autoservice even call the police, and I thought that this is my only hope, but obviously they knew each other. The police said that they can not do anything with regards to the insults and improper billing and they will arrest me if I continue to argue.
They all behaved like a bunch of crooks. People thought that Al Capones times are over!
