I bought a 2010 f-150 from a local dealer in Liberty Tx. For the simple reason of taking it back if i had a problem, paid more than it was worth! Sales person was in it for the company not the customer. Hit a deer about six months after i got it and had to take it in for repair, body work was ok but not like new. Drove it for a few month and the AC stopped working and the radiator fan runs on high all the time now. Tried to take it in and was told NEXT WEEK they are short handed did not want to help at all. Seems like ford is in it for the money not the customer satisfaction BIG PILE OF ST, never buy another ford from that dealer or any other if they are all that way. The CEO should have his pay cut (26 mil. A year) and hire more staff that knows what they are doing if they want to stay in business.
