ON AUG 17 i brought a car from classic auto and the dealer name was robert hernandez when i file all the paper he told me i need to put a deposit for the car because i was going to finance it. So i gave him a check for 500$ when i gave him the check he came me an recipe with the car info so i went to car fax to check car out that day online when i pulled up the car info they said the car was in an accident and i guess classic auto fix it so no one would know. So the following day i told him i was not intrested anymore that i wanted my deposit back he gave me the run around for weeks and weeks. Then one month later he decide to give me a check when i deposit the check in my bank account then check bounce. When i went back to the lot later that month he move is lot to another location. I took him to court on december 6. He did not show up. I am trying to locate his new address because is number is still the same. I donot care what it takes i will get my money i am trying to see if the marshalls can help me out!!! I just want that bast*d to pay for all the people he use
