My wife who is going throw a high risk pregnancy needed a bigger car, talked to her family in NY to look for a car in NY since i did not have tiime to do it cause i was working long HRS;so one day while her father was working at a tire shop he saw robert hernandez driving a 2007 honda pilot whith a for sale sigh they talked about the sale, two days later her brother went to the dealer and seal was done he got the papers for the car robert got his money;the delivery driver loaded the car on sep 16 2010 the driver kept lying about how long was going to be before getting to my house 13 days after we told the driver that we were gonna call the police and then he confessed that he never had the car that robert still had the car since then robert have my 13125.00 and the car and can not get the detectives to open a fraud case against this thieft i have a civil lawsuit against this guy ;I CAN'T BELIEVE THE JUSTICE.
