Hubler Mazda, Greenwoood, Indiana Lied about 2006 mazda previously being wrecked!

We purchased a 2006 mazda 3 in February from Hubler Chevrolet on U.S. 31 in Greenwood/Indianapolis. When we purchased the car, we asked if the car had ever been wrecked and our salesman said, "NO". He even gave us a copy of the vehicle title report that shows NO to any major damage incident. It is an Experian report.
Within 30 days of purchasing the mazda a piece of plastic fell off the bottom of the car and was rubbing/dragging underneath the front of the car. We took the car to Hubler Mazda since the car had a warranty remaining on it. The car had 26,000 miles on it when we purchased it. We purchased the car because of the remaining warranty. Hubler Mazda said they repaired/replaced the piece that was dragging/rubbing. At this time, Hubler Mazda said that the condenser was dinged but they couldn't replace it under the warranty because it is damaged. They said that the condenser should be fine. Nothing else was said. After driving the car home, we noticed a vibration on the front right side of the car and a tire was bouncing between the speeds of 50 - 60 mph. We then called Hubler Mazda and scheduled another appointment to repair the vibration and tire issue. They rotated and balanced the tires and that seemed to help with the tire situation. However, the vibration was not found or fixed. We again drove away and the vibration was still in the front of the car.
We called Hubler Chevrolet to discuss the issue with Brad Hubler and he never returned our call so we mailed a certified letter regarding the issues with the car and we never received any calls or correspondence.
We took the car back to Hubler Chevrolet and they checked the air conditioning because it was not cooling correctly. Hubler Chevrolet's service department said they ran a dye through the system and it checked out fine. They were also suppose to repair the vibration in the front end. They could not find the vibration. We drove away and the vibration was still there and we did not feel the air was working correctly. (The car is still under warranty)
We then scheduled another appointment at Hubler Mazda to have the vibration repaired yet again.
At this time, they said we had a motor mount that needed to be replaced. It was cracked. They said this should resolve the vibration issue. They replaced the motor mount. We drove away from the dealership and the vibration was there plus now it had an added vibration also. I pulled over into a parking lot and called the service manager, Charlie Moore. He asked if I could bring the car back to the dealership and we did. Charlied rode with me in the car and he asked if we could bring the car back another day so they can look at the car again. We scheduled the appointment and took the car back. At this time, he took a flashlight out to our car and raised the hood. He proceeded to show us why he didn't feel Hubler Mazda could repair the car and get rid of the vibration. The radiator and condenser were pushed back into the fan motor. The car had obviously been wrecked. He also pointed out that the front left quarter panel of the car had been repainted. Charlie suggested that we go to a collision center to get an estimate for repairs due to the damage. We left Hubler Mazda and went to the Hubler collision center and they wrote an estimate for all of the damage. It was a $1,700.00 estimate. We then went straight over to Hubler Chevrolet and spoke with Kevin in the service department and Anthony the sales manager. Anthony asked if we could leave the car so he could have his collision people look at the car. We left the car over night and the next day. Kevin called from Hubler's service department and said that Anthony said he wasn't going to do anything due to the cost of the estimate. We then asked how much was their collision estimate. Kevin said it was $1,600.00. Anthony said we could pay for the repair and they would let us use the $1,600.00 estimate. Kevin stated the service department had nothing to do with Anthony's decision. We told Kevin to let Anthony know that we were going to contact an attorney.
Two weeks went by and nothing was done by Hubler Chevrolet. We had contacted an attorney and e-mailed all of the information to the attorney. We decided to e-mail Hubler Chevrolet again and Brooke Hubler called and said this was the first time she had heard of our problem. Brooke said she would speak to her service department and get back with us. She never did. Greg Hubler called and he works at Hubler Mazda. He wanted to know if we were interested in buying a new car and we said that we just wanted our car repaired. We purchased the car because it fit into our budget. Greg Hubler said he would get with Brooke and call us back in a couple of hours and we have not heard back from him either.
It is time that business's and people are heald responsible for their word!!! We asked if the car had been wrecked and Hubler said, "NO!". People and business's should not be able to commit fraudulent statements.
Our car should have been repaired correctly the first time we went back to the dealership for repairs. The service department should have made the necessary repairs and let us know the extent of the damage also.
