I bought a brush guard online. First it was delayed shipping, then, after calling and confirming that it had shipped I waited a week and then called again to find out that the order was cancelled becuase FEDEX decided to charge for shipping, which they said was unforseen! No email or call to let me know the order was cancelled. Unbelievable waste of my time and very unprofessional service!
