Three months after returning our Camry to a Michigan Toyota dealer, in excellent condition following a five year lease, negotiating and completing a renewal lease agreement documenting the absence of "other charges"or any "outstanding prior credit or lease balances" we received a mailed statement from Toyota Financial Services (TFS) requesting an additional $628.05 for "excessive wear and use". The request was accompanied by a vehicle condition report conducted in Manaheim, Milwaukee
Despite the fact that the items listed: (dents, light scrapes and a worn rear tire) had to have occurred in the three month interim between the vehicle's return, dealer's inspectionand the Milwaukee vehicle condition report three months later, TFS continues to ignore written disputation and is extorting us by threatening to ruin our status with national credit rating agencies.
