Vehicle repossessed. Financing with Spartan Toyota in Lansing, Michigan. ACU financing. Problems with account on automatic withdrawl. Dealer instructed to Pay Toyota Financial direct and bypass the finance company. Made payments direct to Toyota finance. ACU had vehicle repossessed. Toyota instructed they would send a letter for full payment.
I received the letter in the mail on the 24th of May. The vehicle was already taken from Michigan to Wisconsin with all personnel belongings in the vehicle. They did not even wait for my direct payment for full purchase of the vehicle which was mailed overnight the day after I received the letter. This is a HOT selling Scion TC and Toyota figured they would make a buck off this vehicle.
I plan on contacting a Lawyer to see what my recourse is on this type of action. The vehicle is being returned to Michigan because I paid in full, but if the vehicle has sustained any type of damage or mileage from the handling of this car, I will pursue in the fullest for all recovery fees.
