I want to thank G.M. For kicking me to the curb rather than trying to rectify the problem. I am so disapointed in the way they are so quick to believe the that the computer on board the cobalt is 100% accurate than the customer that was driving the car at the time of the power steering loss, and as a result there was a car crash, and the air bags did not diploy. I can't understand why they WILL NOT try to resolve this problem. When i called about this problem again the man Garcia was very quick to tell me that my case was closed and that they were satisified with the computer results, that nothing was wrong. The steering wheel was turned to the right a little and that was because i could not turn the wheel to the right to make a right turn. I must say i have owned chevys all my life I WILL NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!!! I think G. M should apologize to my mother for wasting her money, and me for thinking that chevy cobalt would be a good choice for me. Way to do business g.M. And way to go on taking care of the rest of us!!! I will be sure to pass this on to family and friends! Thanks for nothing!!!
