Not covering "covered" items

I bought a guarantee on 12/24/08 and settled it entirely - also it was a compromise, without a doubt. I purchased from U.S. Fidelis (Mo) that has filed bankruptcy. I've created three statements and two were refused. Alone coated happened while I had been still spending about the guarantee. After it had been compensated entirely, nothing can be achieved to achieve this CDWS ensemble. Anything is by fax or email. A few of the figures don't actually function.
