My wife and had out car repaired their after an accident. The car was there for 30 days and went seemingly without problems. Nearing the day of completion we called 3 times the 2 days prior to be sure that the car was completed, we had to drive 6 hours round trip to get the vehicle.
After being assured the car was perfect and had been road tested after making the trip down we found the dashboard not attached and radio hanging out of the dash.
The body shop was closed and the dealership made little effort to make amends for the major error of their shop. The repair order they handed my wife stated to repair and reinstall dashboard.
