Had a pickup that was making a noise. The noise was coming from the transmission tunnel. The owner of Quality Transmissions told me he didnt think it was the transmission but he would take a look at it. When I went by to pick it up He had a bill for me for $1400.00. Told me the transmission was bad and it had to be rebuilt. When I got in the truck to leave the noise was still there. I went by a friends shop and put it on his rack and he got to looking. The noise was coming from the fuel line vibrating against the tunnel. Bent it away from it and the noise stopped. The transmission had been shifting like a new one before I took it to this guy. I called him and asked him why he rebuilt the trans. He told me it was bad which it was not. He also told me if I was so damn smart about transmissions why did I come to him and for me not to call him back about the matte
