Rude Customer Support in the sign in at Airport Express, Main, Hongkong

I experienced perhaps I was over-reacting but I Have had lots of time for you to overcome it, could not so below I'm simply allowing somebody understand what happened.

I visited the Main, sign in in the airport show. My partner was getting the 8:05 trip to Singapore. Whenever we contacted the table there is no eye-contact using the lady in the table.
