I'm designed to travel from ma to asia with national airlines and emirates with link in heathrow to emirates trip. I skipped the trip in Ma so when I visited the airport the national airlines after many demands towards the brokers in the admission table, who have been originally rude and declined to assist me ultimately stated they'll place me through the following trip to birmingham.
But to travel from birmingham to Asia, I've to contact the emirates and alter my solution together. So I named the emirates customer support in the airport. They stated after calling twice that I've to contact my travel broker and have them to alter the solution. I named my travel agent that will be vayama moves, who despite informing them that Emirates explained to contact them declined to assist me and stated its not within their fingers and that I need to contact emirates.
And So I called emirates again 3rd period plus they explained that I ought to request the national airlines broker within the airport to contact them-and they can make the modifications, that we did.
The national airlines broker was really rude and declined to assist me originally and that I requested to apeak using the boss after which she decided to assist me. And So I called the emirates again [8th period ], who without having actually listenning in my experience declined to assist me. I am nearly in holes using their conduct and I questioned why they're altering their info each time and what's the usage of me producing the national airlines broker consult with them your day before and think about the scheduling the broker who talked using the AA broker made.
