Allegiant Airlines - how do they stay in business?

Two really bad experiences. 1. Traveling from Phoenix-Mesa to Fort Collins/Loveland airport. Reached airport one-hour and five minutes before trip to stand-in point to obtain boarding pass. The point was lengthy and there appeared to be lots of distress. During this period they named boarding. Many guests in-line for that same trip. I eventually get right up towards the table and was informed "too late" - it was 28 minute prior to the trip was designed to abandon. They stated it had been a hectic weekend as a result of Nascar contest. Everyone in-line was informed the same. The broker suggested with me and was exceedingly rude. I eventually move outside and there are many taxis waiting. Throughout the cab trip to Air Harbor I had been informed it occurs constantly and also the cab driver simply rests and waits for that patients. Surely got to Sky Harbor and was handled just like a master by Southwest but obviously Allegiant didn't care that used to do not get my solution returned and needed to purchase a cab and extra flight - their reaction was "you ought to be in the airport two hours before your trip." I travel often and because of contacts and flight delays have now been overdue to routes - both I will think about are Usa and Southwest - them both I would like to about the flight after boarding with laughs and just 15 - 20 minute prior to the trip. Therefore, I-say overlook it I'll travel Southwest about the return but sadly needed to guide my outbound with Allegiant. We do that so when I visited spend was informed I can't use American Express. Okay. Lastly guide the trip (one of the ways $185.68 for me personally and my puppy).
