Alpha warranty services rips people off on the claims. They send out non experienced claim adjusters to ASE certified shops. He looks at the vehicle and calls a pre-Exsisting condition on my vehicle. The truck was 60 point inspected by a certified chrysler dealer prior to purchase, also the truck went to a ASE shop for routine maintinence no pre exsisting conditions were found or were present on both inspections. Alpha claim adjusters make sure they deny your claim and profit from every claim. Do not deal with alpha warranty solutions. Very bad company to do business with.
